Personal collection

All items ordered via our website can be collected from our PATRIZIA shop at Starem trg 11a, Ljubljana. When you are finalizing your purchase, you have the option of choosing delivery via our parcel distributor (GLS) or picking up your parcel in person at our shop.

You can pay on the site by invoice or pay in store when you collect your order. In-store payments can be made by bank card or cash. There are no postage costs in case of personal collection.

In case the item you want is not available on our website, please contact us (email, Instagram, Facebook...) for stock or reservation. 

Orders that have not yet been paid for and are collected in store will be waiting for you for 3 days. If you do not collect them within 3 days, your order will be cancelled. 

We will notify you by email when your order is ready for collection. If you have not provided us with your email address, you will receive a notification to your telephone number, so it is essential that this is provided. In most cases, the package will be ready for collection the next day or within 2 working days, but we reserve the right to allow up to 7 working days for the package to be ready.
