Delivery and returns


DELIVERY The delivery price within the Republic of Slovenia is €3.90. Delivery is free for all orders over €60. Free delivery does not apply to the purchase of gift vouchers. Orders will be delivered within1-3 business days.

Delivery within the EU is €10. For all orders over €100, it is free. Orders will be delivered within 2-5 working days. 

We deliver by GLS.


All orders received by 12:00 Monday to Thursday will be processed on the same or the next working day at the latest. Orders received after 12:00 will be processed on the next working day. Orders received on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be processed on the first working day.
In case you need delivery as soon as possible (e.g. for a gift), please make a note when placing your order.
The prices of the goods listed on the website do not include postage costs.

Accepted orders are considered irrevocable and will be executed. If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us no later than 1 hour after placing your order by email patrizia.ljubljana@gmail.com. We reserve the right to withdraw from the execution of an order in cases where the ordered products are out of stock and there is a technical or other error in the stock entry.

 

PERSONAL COLLECTION
All items ordered via our website can be collected at our PATRIZIA office, Starem trg 11a, Ljubljana.
You can successfully collect your order in our office by presenting the purchase confirmation you received by email or by text (order no.). Your order will be waiting for you within 3 working days. If you do not collect it within the time limit, the order will be cancelled.

 

PAYMENT METHODS AND SHIPPING COSTS
The provider offers the following payment methods:

  • Cash on delivery (+1,00€) Valid for Slovenia only.
  • By pre-invoicing by bank transfer to the account of the Patrizia.si-TADA d.o.o. portal administrator. 
  • by payment card 
  • via PAYPAL

Cash on delivery- If the customer does not accept the package/refuses to accept it and does NOT notify the customer that he/she is withdrawing from the contract within 14 days of placing the order by email to patrizia.ljubljana@gmail.com, the customer will be invoiced for postage at the value of € 5 according to the current GLS price list. If the invoice is not settled within 7 days of receipt of the invoice, the case will be referred to the competent law firm.



RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

You may return products within 14 days of receiving your shipment without providing a reason.

To exercise your right to cancel the contract, please fill out the form below. Once we have received and reviewed your request, we will send you further information and instructions regarding the return process in a separate email.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged. Gift packaging also cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you want to use the GLS delivery service, we will send you a return label and you can drop off your parcel at any GLS parcel machine or parcel shop. A return fee of €3.50 will be deducted from your return. If you prefer to arrange the return yourself, you can choose any delivery service of your choice.

We will issue a refund no later than 8 days after receiving the returned shipment. The only cost you are responsible for is the direct cost of returning the goods. Additional costs incurred due to the selection of a specific payment method (e.g., cash on delivery) are not refundable, as this is an optional service that is not part of the seller’s mandatory offer.

You must return the merchandise undamaged, unused, in the same quantity, and, if possible, in its original packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse returns due to damage or for hygiene reasons. If a return is refused for any of these reasons, we will return the product to you from storage and no refund will be granted. This does not affect your statutory rights.


The buyer is liable for any decrease in the value of the goods if such decrease results from actions that are not strictly necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
The company reserves the right to issue a reduced refund in the event of the return of a damaged product or the rejection of a claim.

 

Returning an item if the model or number does not suit you
Any item that you have found to be unsuitable when you received it, you can send back to us and we will send you another item that suits you or refund your purchase price.
In this case, the buyer will be responsible for the return postage costs.

 

We do not accept cash-on-delivery shipments.

The only cost you are responsible for is the direct cost of returning the goods. Additional costs incurred as a result of choosing a specific payment method (e.g., cash on delivery) are not refundable, as this is an optional service that is not part of the seller’s mandatory offer.

We will issue a refund no later than 8 days after receiving the returned merchandise or after inspecting its condition.
