FREE DELIVERY FOR ORDERS OVER 100 €

We offer the following payment methods:

  • Cash on delivery (+1,00€) Valid for Slovenia only.
  • By pre-invoicing by bank transfer to the account of the Patrizia.si-TADA d.o.o. portal administrator. 
  • by payment card 
  • via PAYPAL

Cash on delivery- If the customer does not accept the package/refuses to accept it and does NOT notify the customer that he/she is withdrawing from the contract within 14 days of placing the order by email to patrizia.ljubljana@gmail.com, the customer will be invoiced for postage at the value of € 5 according to the current GLS price list. If the invoice is not settled within 7 days of receipt of the invoice, the case will be referred to the competent law firm.

The delivery price within the Republic of Slovenia is € 3.90. For all orders over 60€ it is free.

Delivery within the EU is €10. For all orders over €100, it is free.

All items ordered via our website can be collected from our PATRIZIA office, Starem trg 11a in Ljubljana. When you are finalizing your purchase, you have the option of choosing to collect the package in person at our office.
You can successfully collect your order at our office by presenting the purchase confirmation you received by email or by text (order no.). Your order will be waiting for you within 3 working days. If you do not collect it within the time limit, the order will be cancelled.

Orderswithin Slovenia will be delivered within 1-3 working days.

Orders within the EU will be delivered within 2-5 working days. 

We deliver by GLS.

If you need delivery as quickly as possible (e.g. for a gift), please make a note when placing your order.

As soon as your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email confirmation informing you of this.

If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us no later than 1 hour after placing your order by email patrizia.ljubljana@gmail.com. We reserve the right to withdraw from the execution of an order in cases where the ordered products are out of stock and there is a technical or other error in the stock entry.

For hygiene reasons, earrings and gift boxes are unfortunately not returnable or exchangeable.

Other items can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment without a reason, by contacting us at patrizia.ljubljana@gmail.com or in person at our office. We will send you a Returns Form which you will then complete and return to us with the products. We will process the refund within 8 days of receipt of the returned goods. The only cost you will bear is the direct cost of returning the goods. 

Products must be unworn and in their original packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse returns due to damage or for hygiene reasons.

If your return is refused for any of these reasons, we will return the product to you from the warehouse and no refund will be granted. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Any item for which you find that the model or number does not suit you when you receive the parcel, you can send it back to our address and we will send you another item that suits you or refund your purchase price.
The buyer is responsible for the return postage costs in this case.

Although products are carefully inspected before they are packaged, it is possible that you may receive a defective product. In this case, you will of course be entitled to an exchange for a new product. 

If you receive damaged products, please contact us immediately upon receipt of the package at patrizia.ljubljana@gmail.com. Please write your order number in the message and attach as many photos of the damaged product(s) as possible. We will let you know by email how the exchange will take place.
