Delivery and payment methods 2

All orders received by 12:00 Monday to Friday will be processed on the same or the next working day at the latest. Orders received after 12:00 will be processed on the next working day. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be processed on the first working day.
In case you need delivery as soon as possible (e.g. for a gift), please note this when placing your order.

Postage is 3,90€. Postage is free for purchases over €60. Cash on delivery requires an additional fee of 1,00€, which you will have to pay upon delivery. GLS delivers for us.

We offer the following payment methods:

Cash on delivery
Payment by invoice
Payment by credit card
Payment by Paypal

Cash on delivery- If the customer does not accept the package/refuses to accept it and does NOT notify the customer that he/she is withdrawing from the contract within 14 days of placing the order by email to patrizia.ljubljana@gmail.com, the customer will be invoiced for postage at the value of € 5 according to the current GLS price list. If the invoice is not settled within 7 days of receipt of the invoice, the case will be referred to the competent law firm.

Unfortunately, due to hygiene measures, earrings and gift boxes cannot be returned or exchanged.
