When you buy Patrizia glasses, you also get a storage case and a cleaning cloth.

To maintain the shine and beauty of your jewellery, we recommend the following:

Always put on jewellery after applying perfumes and cosmetics.
Remove jewellery when you get home, when you do physical work and when you use strong cleaning products.
Do not shower with jewellery or wash dishes with it.
Various salty or acidic substances can cause a reaction that damages your product or reduces its shine.
Don't sleep with jewellery.
Store it in the packaging provided.

Delivery within the Republic of Slovenia is 3,90€. For all orders over 60€ it is free. Orders will be delivered within 1-3 working days.

The shipping cost within the EU is €10. For all ordersover €100 it is free. Orders will be delivered within 2-5working days.

We deliver by GLS.
If you need delivery as quickly as possible (e.g. for a gift), please make a note when placing your order.

By pre-invoicing by bank transfer to the account of the Patrizia.si-TADA d.o.o. portal administrator.

Cash on delivery- If the customer does not accept the package/refuses to accept it and does NOT notify the customer that he/she is withdrawing from the contract within 14 days of placing the order by email to patrizia.ljubljana@gmail.com, the customer will be invoiced for postage at the value of € 5 according to the current GLS price list. If the invoice is not settled within 7 days of receipt of the invoice, the case will be referred to the competent law firm.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE
You can return the products within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment without giving any reason, by contacting us at patrizia.ljubljana@gmail.com or in person at our office. We will send you a Returns Form which you will then complete and return to us with the products. We will process the refund within 8 days of receipt of the returned goods. The only cost you will bear is the direct cost of returning the goods.

Unfortunately, due to hygiene measures, earrings and gift boxes cannot be returned or exchanged.

Our Blue light glasses are available in different sizes and shapes to fit different faces. Please refer to the product description for details on sizes.

Our current range of Blue Light glasses is dioptre-free. If you need dioptre glasses, please check with your optician for lens fitting.

No, high quality Blue light glasses will not significantly affect colour perception. The lenses are designed to filter out blue light while preserving natural colours, which means your vision will remain clear and undistorted.

Blue light glasses do not need special care. We recommend cleaning them regularly with a soft glasses cloth and storing them in the case provided to prevent scratches.

Yes, Blue light glasses can be worn all day long as they have a stylish design that fits any style. In addition, they also offer UV protection, which is useful outside.
